Ultrasound Appearance Of Angiomyolymphoma Can Anyone Help Me To Understand The Results Of An Ultrasound On My Inguinal Lymph Nodes?

Can anyone help me to understand the results of an ultrasound on my inguinal lymph nodes? - ultrasound appearance of angiomyolymphoma

The ultrasound showed 8 to 10 knots knots on both sides of the bar, from 3 mm to 1.4cm. One was described as largely replaced fats and calm appearance. A general remark, no significant lymphadenopathy.
